Atomica Labs

Small-group, in-person experiences designed to support creativity, awareness, expression, and wellbeing through mindfulness, applied theater, storytelling, embodiment, and reflective practice.

All labs are intentionally intimate with a maximum of 8 participants. Sessions take place at Atomica Space near downtown Sarasota. Exact addresses and arrival details will be shared with registered participants.

Atomica Labs launches in Summer/Fall 2026 with intimate small-group experiences and special founding cohort pricing. Registration details will be announced soon.

Attention Lab

Monthly Drop-In Practice

Train your attention through guided mindfulness, meditation, visualization, breathwork, and actor-based focus exercises such as the Circle of Attention. Each session explores practical tools to strengthen awareness, regulation, and presence in everyday life.

A short teaching is followed by guided practice and reflection.

Story Lab

Monthly Drop-In Creative Practice

A welcoming space for storytelling, personal narrative exploration, imagination, and creative expression.

Using prompts, improvisation, visual imagery, memory, movement, and stream-of-consciousness writing, participants explore personal stories, creative ideas, and meaningful moments in a supportive environment.

No writing or performance experience is necessary. This is a space for exploration, curiosity, and connection.

A guided journey designed to help participants move from autopilot into intentional living through the ACTIVATE framework:

Combining mindfulness, embodied practices, applied improvisation, reflection, and real-world application, this signature series explores how we relate to stress, identity, habits, creativity, and personal agency.
