At Atomica, we believe meditation is a tool for personal liberation and social healing. To lead others into stillness, a teacher must stand on a foundation of total integrity.

The Teachings, Not the Teacher

Our lead educator, Maria, began her journey years ago, earning her certifications through the Chopra Center, which later became Chopra Global. While these institutions provided the initial framework for her training, we have always held a firm boundary: we follow the ancient Vedic teachings, not any individual personality.

Why We Have Transitioned

We are aware of the deeply troubling reports regarding Deepak Chopra’s past associations. We stand unequivocally with survivors of exploitation and abuse. Because our mission is rooted in social healing, we cannot ignore the “elephant in the room.”

To ensure our community feels safe and our work remains transparent, we have transitioned our partnership to the Gaja Collective. This evolution allows us to continue sharing the same timeless practices—meditation, Ayurveda, and Yoga—within a community-led organization that prioritizes ethical leadership and the safety of its students.
